Helen's clinical experience is grounded in social work theory and practice. She obtained MSW (University of Melbourne) in 1994, is an accredited member of the AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers) and an AMHSW (Accredited Mental Health Social Worker).

Helen has worked in metropolitan Melbourne, rural and remote Victoria, London and the USA. Her facilitation skills have been employed by Monash University - Department of Social Work, RMIT University and Deakin University.

She has comprehensive work experience at Senior Social Worker / Managerial level before establishing Melbourne Supervision in 2003 and delivering her skills as a consultant.

Practice experience includes health, disability, not for profit and community based fields and the tertiary education sector.
